Allswell offers free ground shipping over $35 to the 48 contiguous United States & DC, with the exception of California. Expedited 2-day delivery options available. To qualify for free shipping, your order merchandise total before savings and estimated tax, needs to be at least $35 per order. Orders under $35 in the contiguous U.S. states & DC have a $5.99 fee for shipping. A $50 shipping fee applies to orders for Alaska and Hawaii regardless of the order total. We do not yet ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses. White glove service and 2-day Expedited Shipping is only available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states & DC. At checkout, you will have the option to upgrade to 2-day expedited shipping or white glove service for a fee. For orders placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday, your order will ship the same day. If you place an order after 12pm EST Monday – Friday, your order will ship the following business day. Two-day expedited shipping will be delivered by our partner carriers two business days following the date of pick up. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
10-year warranty excludes crib mattresses. Allswell warrants your mattress against defects in workmanship and materials. Your mattress will be replaced or you will receive a pro-rated refund, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this does not include normal increase of softness in the foam which can occur during normal break in, or in the case of Visco-elastic memory foam, a lessening of the gradual recover aspect of the foam, of which such lessening, should it occur, does not reduce the continual pressure reducing and pressure relief properties of the mattress. It is incumbent on the consumer to maintain a proper foundation to provide the appropriate support for the mattress to maintain this warranty. Use of improper foundations, platforms or other bases upon which the mattress is placed, may result in damage to the product. The warranty will be voided if an improper base is used that causes the mattress to fail. This warranty does not include any deterioration of the foam, with an indentation of less than 1.5 inches, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring or platform or mattress. If a defect appears during the duration of this warranty, we will, at our option, either replace the mattress or provide a pro-rated refund. Only the piece or part determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced. This warranty is void if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident and/or neglect; including burns, cuts, water damage, mold, stains, or is otherwise abnormally soiled or unsanitary. If a heating pad or electric blanket is used with a memory foam mattress, it will void this warranty. It is incumbent on the consumer to protect the mattress with a stain resistant pad. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product as indicated on the original sales invoice. The Law Tag must not be removed from this product as this identifies the product regarding warranty and original invoice is required and is the only acceptable proof of purchase. Removal of the Law Tag voids this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Please retain your original invoice. In the event of a defect and in order to get the benefit of the Allswell Promise, you must submit a detailed claim including photos of the issue at hand and provide proof of the original date of purchase. Once reviewed, we may request that you return your mattress to Allswell. Should shipping costs be required to return your mattress, you will not be responsible for those charges. Once our team evaluates the mattress, we will repair or replace your mattress or provide you a credit at our discretion. Any transportation or shipping costs associated with returning the repaired/replaced mattress is purchaser’s responsibility. No new warranty is provided on a replacement product.
Applies to mattress purchase price only and excludes crib mattresses. White glove delivery, mattress removal, and recycling fees are nonrefundable. Return must be initiated within 100 days of mattress delivery. Not available for mattresses which would not qualify for coverage under our 10-year limited warranty available at allswellhome.com/pages/warranty. Allswell's risk-free trial policy is limited to one return per household per year. This does not include boxed mattresses which are unopened or crib mattresses.
Allswell offers mattress removal services for an additional fee of $149.00 at check out. CA has free mattress removal with the purchase of a mattress. You will be sent a link to schedule your haul away service in your order confirmation. Please do not schedule your haul away service until your mattress has been delivered.
